These terms set out the rules for using the website at ridoa.house, operated by RIDOA sp. z o.o. (the “Provider”).

• Website — the site in the ridoa.house domain.
• User — anyone using the Website.
• Provider — RIDOA sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleja „Solidarności” 68 lok. 121, 00-521 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0001248384, VAT ID PL5253094100, REGON 545033010, share capital PLN 5,000.00.

The Website is informational and presents the Provider’s services and projects. Via the contact form, a User may send an enquiry.

The User agrees to use the Website lawfully and in good faith and not to provide unlawful content.
