What data we process

We process the data you provide in the contact form: name, email address, optionally company and phone, and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry — based on your consent and to take steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• The controller’s legitimate interest, e.g. defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to trusted IT providers (hosting, email) under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

Retention period

We keep data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for any period required by law.
